5. Try to avoid stressful situations. Stress brings the body down. When you are often depressed, the lines of worry eventually show in your face.

7. Take lots of fluid - water is best - to ensure that moisture stay in your body. Sweat acts as natural moisturizer and this can visibly lessen lines and wrinkles.
